These delicious Beehive Cookies call for no oil, sugar, butter or white flour – cookie-recipe staples – so the baked cookie has a unique texture. However, they’re delicious and a very respectable “healthy” sweet treat.
Beehive Cookies
3⁄4 cup sour cream
1⁄2 cup honey
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1⁄2 cups whole-wheat flour
1 cup finely chopped toasted pecans
1⁄4 teaspoon salt
Heat oven to 350°F.
In large bowl, combine sour cream, honey, eggs and vanilla. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheets. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
Cool on wire racks. Yields 3 dozen cookies.

These sound great as I am no longer eating white sugar, & that’s a lot of foods off my list . I’m fighting off cancer on my own ,by adjusting my ph balance, how would I adjust these cookies if I added oats or wheat germ,or cocoanut .i would like to see more recipes. Thank you can’t wait to try these beehive cookies
It’s because of the pesticide industry that we might even need mechanical bees. The cost will probably bankrupt farmers. It’s a damn sorry fact that mechanical bees will be required because of the overuse of pesticides which is not only bad for bees but bad for us and our health.
Sorry I posted this in the wrong place.
