Baked Peaches Recipe with Honey and Almonds
Serves 8
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons butter
4 peaches halved, cored, and skinned
8 tablespoons skinned almonds
8 tablespoons honey
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place butter in bottom of casserole and melt butter.
Place peaches core-side up in baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine almonds and honey. Divide the honey mixture among the peaches. Bake in oven for 25 minutes or until peaches pierce easily with a knife. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
